WELCOME to the website of Rosebery Park Baptist Church, Bournemouth, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are a friendly, growing fellowship meeting in Pokesdown, and serving also east Boscombe and Southbourne.
The church was formed in 1891 and used to meet in Morley Road on the Rosebery Park estate. Since 1951 we have
met in the present building, with refurbishment of the chapel in recent years giving the sanctuary a light,
modern feel..
Nowadays, we welcome everyone to join us for age-inclusive worship, which is especially so on the second Sunday
mornings when the style is different! There is a Children's Corner where books, toys and colouring may be enjoyed
with parental supervision, morning or evening. Families are very welcome, and we seek always to provide something

The Lord's Table is open to all who believe in Jesus Christ, and Believer's Baptism is practised for those who wish
to proclaim Jesus as Lord of their lives.
We have several weekly and other occasional activities, further details of which are advertised in the weekly
news sheet and monthly "Good News" magazine. We are proud to be the "home" of
